Seller didn’t fill the top 30% of the box with packing.The center cartridge was broken clean off with parts still inside. I contacted the seller about it, he basically told me to go buy a new filter. The RO filter is the one that doesn’t need to be replaced, just sanitized. Just because you don’t accept returns, does not resolve you of any issues with packing and damage in shipping.
