The original order placed on 15th July-and still not received as at 2nd August. Contacted the firm last week and they were very helpful, good communication and a replacement sent out. The problem is EBAYS NEW simple delivery system that comes by ROYAL MAIL--it would seem they now have a THIRD CLASS delivery system. This has happened with several of my orders. Poor-funny how anything coming via EVRI is ok.

Was supposed to be sent Royal Mail 24 but sent Royal Mail 48 which probably didn’t help. I’ll buy again as I like what they produce, quicker next time 🤞
