    First class holder

    When you are looking for a rod holder that has to be built well, function right and not cost the moon to put it on your boat, the Berkley holder is your best buy ! It without a doubt is all of the above and you won't be disappointed ! I bought one, tested it and bought more without hesitating. I have had way more expensive holders but now realize i was not spending my money wisely. If money in your pocket is important to you, look no further !

    Very adjustable and well made

    The holder is very adjustable and easy to set. made of a solid material, and work really well for trolling or simply tight-lining beside the boat.

    Good Product

    Liked the product and am using it. Only disappointment was that we have to 'workaround' to get the holder to lock in a spinning rod when the solution would have been so simple. I do like the other features of the product and will buy it again.

    I can’t recommend it.

    I can’t recommend it, because the splines on the left to right adjustment are sloppy and the splines are star shaped, so there is no fine adjustment. Each spline adjusts about 20-25°.

    Had one exactly like this for 9 years. Eventually the hard plastic mount cracked causing the rod holder to point wherever it wanted to. Good value received, even so.
