    Not the choice for Windows 10

    Good build quality item that arrived in good time, all good there,. Unfortunately, i found out after trying to use it that it is has an out of date chipset that Windows 10 does not support. The googled workarounds I found sort of work, but is a right pain that can interfere with other usb drivers. Sure it would be fine on other operating systems, but if you have a win10 system, this is probably not the best option I will need to order one with a supported chipset as the workarounds screw up my usb mouse.

    Bought this to connect to the console port of a router. Tried a HL-340 based converter before, this one works much better under Linux.
