Overall a poor experience and I would not use this seller again. Reported to eBay for misleading buyers regarding the postage service promised and advertised on their listings.

Upon informing the seller they quickly ran though potential fixes before deciding to send me a replacement disc at their cost. Fantastic customer service in which I was informed of every step they were taking to resolve my issue. Second disc arrived within a very reasonable timeframe and loaded immediately without a problem.
