    This is a really good diet plan! I have had tons of diet books throughout the years and this one is very very good. It explains an idea that my father who is 93 yo has done for nearly all of his diabetic life and that was to choose just one carb and only that carb to eat for all your meals. Michael Morelli shows why choosing the yam or sweet potato is THE carb to choose. Doing thus your blood sugars stabilize and spikes become a thing of the past. Mr. Morelli also explains why portion sizing is very important and shows you an easy way to remember those portions! It is simple to read and concise . He also supplies recipes using sweet potatoes to get you started on the right track! Buy the book! You won't be sorry.
