The only negative points I have are that the product was delivered to the pick up location before the app had said it was in transit, this may be an eBay issue. I bought it because my old one had started to overheat and make a louder than normal buzz. I have just tested your one for an hour or two and it seems to be running fine- it charges, it does not get hot, and is as quiet as a mouse. Plus it was a very good price. Thank you
