    quality original part with correct fittings for my model , Well packaged delivery was excellent very helpful polite staff a true pleasure to deal with , There was delay of one day in delivery but i was contacted straight away and offered a cancelation or a refund of postage this is why i have given this company 5 stars . I will definateley be dealing with them for any volvo parts in the future

    I have nothing but praise for this seller. Unfortunately stock levels meant that the roof bars were not available as advertised . The seller messaged me straight away and made a full refund. He contacted Volvo to enquire on availability and message me back, he also sent a link to another seller who was selling a similar product (latest black version not the aluminium finish) . I decided to opt for this product. This service was far beyond anything I had experienced before. Thank you.

    The item is as described by the seller, arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.They used a reliable and reputable long-established company for the delivery ( Royal Mail) so there was no problem with it being dumped on the wrong person or in a hedge, as I have experienced recently. It was definitely worth paying more for quality.
