    Ordered 9/13. Reached out on 9/24 to see if it had shipped. Was advised about a medical issue that had happened but it would ship. 10/1 it shipped. 10/6 it arrived but was not the right item. Contact was again made and I was again told about the medical issue and their son was trying to run the store. Was then told that was the item I ordered even though it was a totally different keychain. I would recommend suspending eBay sales until the medical issue is resolved to make sure orders are done.
