Open your eyes to the truth of seeing clearly!
As it says on the front cover Buddhism plain and simple! it deals primarily and wholly with the teachings of Buddha. Enjoy The truth of what is! Rather than the layers of garnish on which society and our minds put on everything we see and do. Buddhism gets us to question everything we do and see including our motivations and our emotions. If you want to simplify your life and help to reset your mind and way of being then here is a very good start!
