I was sent a paperback copy. When messaging the seller they offered a £3 refund. Idk where that number came from as the purchase was over £10 but I said I'm happy to return the book i was sent and I would like the book I was promised when I made the purchase. They offered 50% and to keep the book. I don't want the refund, upset that I was given the wrong item. Feel scammed.
