This is by far the best 1 Year Bible Devotional I have owned. I love the commentary and the application it challenges the reader. Not a bible
I like Charles Stanley ... and when I saw he authored a bible called Life Principles Daily Bible I bought it. What I thought I was getting was a bible in the normal sense, from Genesis to Revelation, with life principles written in every chapter or at least at key verses. What I got was what you might call a devotional bible, one that jumps around the books of the bible ... to different scriptures which has certain life principles noted and expounded upon. I'm not saying that the book is not good, it's just not what I thought it was ... it's not a bible is the true sense.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Life principles Daily Bible by Charles Stanley is a great book.
We made two purchases of a pre -own "Life Principles Daily Bible by Charles Stanley" book. The first one was a Great Buy, so I purchased a second book. The second book had twelve pages/ marks: writing in ink and highlightings. The books were showin on Ebay as "Good", no highlights, no writing in margins or in ink. We can't give this book away.
