Emailed seller to pack with paper & cardboard, to NOT use bubble wrap or peanuts as it was a heavy item and can't handle the weight. He replied that he would "take extra care in packing". He did the opposite of what I asked, used thin cardboard and bubble wrap, didn't even tape it. Arrived damaged and he didn't apologize and blamed the post office. Flippant "Just send it back". That requires me to rebox and make sure it arrives back OK.
