My one had split, so I checked this thoroughly and it's fine. I ordered it on a Monday and it was ready to collect (my choice, rather than delivery) on the Thursday, so within the times given. The item was well packaged, in a sturdy box and also a plastic bag. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase:)
