      Paid for item, contacted seller to arrange pickup. Eventually seller replied saying they had given the item away and offered refund which will take up to 5 days. This is not how ebay works. Ebay is a contract between seller and buyer and is based on trust. Do not trust this seller.

      Apologies again for the issue. The item was listed locally as well and was picked up by a charity service before I saw the eBay order. I refunded the buyer as soon as they contacted me. I’ve since changed my process to avoid this happening again. I always aim to do right by my buyers.
