The seller identified a problem with the watch before shipping & partially fixed the problem. A partial refund was offered since I had to buy a part to complete repairs. I will end up spending more than originally budgeted but still think this is an excellent watch for the price. I hope to do business with the seller again. He is very professional and has high-grade watches to sell. Shipping price is fair since DHL is used for overseas delivery.
