He didn't post the item until 4 days after purchase, which made delivery 2 days late, saying he had to wait for the post office to open. He says he posted on the 12th but the Post Office email says posted on 16th. If he'd had a good reason for late posting or had even apologised for the delay my feedback would have been positive because the item is lovely. I won't buy from him again. As I pointed out I do have to work also so cannot just rush to post things immediately after purchase. I did apologise but you were being unreasonable straight away asking for money back.
