Apparently there were 2 different tracking numbers - one in Canada & the other in the U.S., since it was initially shipped from Canada.     Seller handles a massive inventory so I give them grace on the slow processing and shipping. They were very communicative and prompt with their response when I messaged in asking about it. Book was in good condition as described. Small ding on the page edges which wasn't mentioned, but that's fairly common even at your typical book store. Still a good value and I'd buy from them again.

  • Classic Example of Bait and Switch

    From the title, "Master Final Expense", the very least one interested in final expense insurance sales would expect from this book is a complete, proven sales presentation. Instead the author tells you just about everything you need to know except how to sell final expense insurance. The author does make that available if you so desire by going to a website that is promoted throughout the book. There you can purchase the author's complete training program for about $250. Dr. Clark may be a capable final expense insurance sales agent, but falls short when it comes to selling a sales course. For those interested in learning how to sell final expense insurance, or any product for that matter, I recommend The Five Great Rules of Selling by Percy H. Whiting.
