      Helped me with chronic fatigue/ lack of energy: I've been trying different herbs etc to raise energy. As my [49M, 190lb, 5'11] natural energy is to be bed bound, with every muscle in my body heavy like lead, tired, about to tremor. And with me almost forcing the lungs to breathe. I was trying b12 supplements, included ferroglobin by chance. ---- Part 2 of 3 Glad i did As Ferroglobin has much higher levels of b12, b6, iron. than in other supplements. And I would have needed to take eg. four b12, four b6 tablets to match one ferroglobin capsule [ and I would not have thought to take four b6, b12 tablets] I take one capsule every twelve hours. This has greatly raised my energy levels. I can now leave the flat almost daily, without feeling exhausted. Before taking ferroglobin, ...

      Works very well for me

      I really feel the difference if I don’t take this supplement. I have fibromyalgia so I do suffer with fatigue. This liquid version tastes nice and I find it a much speedier way of getting the benefit of an iron supplement
