    Description stated 'no defects' but when it arrived it was torn. We contacted the seller but were not offered a full refund, which should have been offered, instead were offered a partial refund, or to return the item to them for a full refund. When asked further questions about our options/ from the seller i.e why a full refund could not be given, or if we would be refunded for the cost of posting the torn item back to the seller, no clear answers were given, why? we gave up in the end.

    I offered a partial refund if you wanted to keep or full refund if you wanted to return I didn’t get a response I can’t do more than that and apologised if a I made an error as I didn’t see any fault when I posted the new pj top.
