I bought my item because the sizes mentioned were close to my needs but when it arrived I was horrified to see the item is much smaller than advertised. I contacted the seller early Friday and explained the issue and asked them if they can swap it for the right size because I needed it for the Sunday coming. They rudely not replied until Monday and admitted that the sizes advertised was incorrect.
