The delay was apparently ok as I should have informed them it was "URGENT". Charged £5 for postage, was going to be sent (in a used envelope) 2nd class, seller made a big deal out of sending it first class with the extra pound coming out of their "OWN money", total cost of 1st class p&p was £2.05. Seller described having to refund the £2.95 that they SCAMMED as a "colossal' waste of time. By far the WORST SELLER ON EBAY. A day later, seller changed his mind and refunded my money instead of shipping. When I asked what happened to my order, he said he realized the item was worth more money than what he sold it to me for and changed his mind. For a seller that has been on eBay since 2003, he knew exactly what he was doing when be breached our contract.
