    Received item in a box well packaged and well protected from shipping A+ there. When received plugged in fan did not work, contacted the company. They asked a few questions and was told by the company that they would return my money because of the faulty item A+ .The only problem that I had was that I was out of my $43.00 dollars from Canada post that I had to pay taxes and handling charges on top of eBay price that I have to pay and not sellers fault . Not sure if I will use eBay again..
