    While the book was sealed (with damaged cellophane, as described in listing) upon opening I discovered white marks across the front and back of the book that appeared to be mould. The return and refund process was quick. Excellent value on the postage and packaging. Very well packaged. Could not fault the shipping process. Disappointed to have to return the item. Thank you for the full refund.

    The ' white' marks which I should add were absolutely tiny (I can't upload photos) and simply just wiped off, I sent these images to the buyer and it's a clear case of buyer remorse, they opened a sealed item had a quick look through and simply returned it, the fact there was slight 'smell' is the fact the book has been sealed for over 10 years, upon return no odor, I have reported the buyer to eBay who has abused the return process in this case.

    I’m a little disappointed… it came with everything included in the picture… but it doesn’t look new because the packaging wasn’t thought through. Packaging everything on the outside of the box with bubble wrap and putting it in a box was good but not doing the same with the packaging of the inside, where the heavy sharp edges of the item destroyed the original box design wasn’t. Lowering its value. Hopefully this can be a learning experience to better help with the packaging of products.
