    It's an iPhone, it does everything you'd need

    This is good. Just like any other iPhone. Face ID works very well, even in the dark, unless you are wearing a mask of course but it's easy to input your PIN. I've not had any issues and the screen size is just right for me. Yes I would recommend, Apple are especially good when it comes to updates/security and privacy.
