    Excellent info. To help live a healthier life.

    Excellent info. (as always) from M. Gregory. As useful as his other books, which I have. I usually prefer paperbacks - lighter and take up less room on the bookshelves - but did not want to wait for this one. His reason for taking up medicine and the fact that he gives profits to charity can only inspire trust. The information he supplies is supported with facts and references, as he tries to help us all live healthier lives.
