    Apple product lives up to reputation again.

    Ignoring the scratches on the base it's impossible to believe this 2017 MacBook isn't brand new. I was assuming at the price listed I'd have to have plugged in to use but no the battery has bags of overnight and long hours working life in it.

    Far from excellently refurbished, in fact the direct opposite

    This device was listed as excellent refurbished. According to eBay's guidelines it should mean that it has no signs of use and would include all accessories. (Check eBay's refurbishment page for further clarity). This device however arrived with several chips, dents, and scratches all over it. It looks heavily used and as if it has been dropped several times. The rubber seal around the screen is coming off where there is a dent also (see attached images). The device came with no accessories either, not even a charger for you to be able to test the functionality or make use of the device. This device was bought as a gift with the belief that it would follow eBay's standards of being excellently refurbished and look new. Now it will just look like a cheap second hand gift.     2015 MacBook Air

    Great computers despite the age. For £250 (refurbished) it is an absolute bargain, very fast and running on latest iOS Big Sur. Does everything I need and more, so no need to spend ££££‘s on a brand new one. Would certainly recommend.

    Works well but display not great

    This was a efurbished 2014 13-inch supplied upgraded to Big Sur 11.5.2. Generally works well and transfer was easy. Display is rather bleached out though - e.g. dock and file/folder titles, webpages. Am still fiddling with settings and accessibility to try and improve it.
