    Worth buying just to get the Count of Luxemburg.

    The Count of Luxemburg is an absolutely lovely operetta. The principle characters are first rate, and well cast. They are a delight. The settings are beautiful, and the score melodious, but not quite as melodious as that of the Merry Widow, also by Lehar. The Waltz is particularly memorable. Paganini and Zigeunerliebe I found more difficult. I need to watch them more and listen to the music more before I can fairly comment on them.
