    The only things acceptable with this was the item was just as physically described and it was packed well enough. The fact that this seller has the option of choosing different delivery methods is a joke. I paid for a more expensive shipping with UPS. They chose to send it USPS. I messaging them after getting that notification to get a refund on the postage they took money for but refused to use. They also couldn't be bothered to reply. Do not trust them, they could easily do the same to you.

    We chose USPS to try to get the package out same day, there was a total difference of $2, which we would happily refund. We missed your initial message during a weekend, and have since reached out to offer your $2 refund, with no reply. The package was still delivered in a timely manner, in perfect condition.

    Very nice image

    The dial to change from off and on, is too small. Very hard to move. The insruction manual is difficult to read the print is very small. They have combined instructions that make you refer back and forth to understand. I am surprised, and disapointed, Sony usually does a better job. Maybe they "farmed" out the manual, but the "Dial size" should have been better engineered.

    Sony Handycam DCR-SR45 30 GB Camcorder

    This was a replacement to the one that I had previously owned since 2009. The one I had the LCD screen went bad and I still had videos on it, so I needed an exact replacement so I knew where the on-screen prompts were, but also wanted an exact replacement because the Sony Handycam DCR-SR45 is an awesome camcorder especially with the hard drive storage. Cell phones have come a long way and capture pretty good video, but this camcorder still does a better job and has great quality without paying a lot of money.

    Good camcorder for vintage feel

    Great camcorder. There are a good amount of features, even a nightshot mode which captures good video without any light whatsoever. The package had everything even dvds on how to use it. Would recommend if youre looking for a camera with nightmode; note it only works for close up.
