Hello, got it today and it is not the size I ordered. I wanted the 40x30 and the one I got measures 37x28. So it won't fit the stone I was planning on using. I hope I can return it and get on that is actually the size I need.

The buyer did send us a pic of their gemstone and the setting we sent. It was clear they we sent the right setting. I tried to explain to the buyer but they still shipped the setting back in the original condition. I gave a full refund.
