I had to clean the blade and punch a lot of scrap paper before it didn't ruin my corners anymore. I had inquired about the oil + a return before the oil issue resolved itself. My concern + inquiry was met with a single message: "that is oil from buying a new tool.". Absolutely no help, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and frankly, it came off kinda condescending.
