Fantastic product
I wanted to trim some messy brick-work without having to resort to either angle grinder or hammer and bolster. I didn't expect any multi-tool blade to be tough enough so I was surprised and impressed by Saxton's carbide blades. Yes, you have to be patient but I managed to trim the ends of several bricks and quite a bit of plaster before the blade showed even a little bit of wear. I don't know how it's stuck on but it's pretty amazing stuff! I'd strongly recommend this product, at least for trimming and chasing bricks and plaster. I bought the blades to cut bricks that span the cavity in a cavity wall in order to install thermal cavity closers. Having drilled many holes in the house walls I know the bricks are extremely hard and can only be drilled with a SDS Drill. The Saxton blades fitted to a Makita Oscillating Multitool barely marked the bricks, but were not damaged even when extreme pressure was applied. Awesome Multi-tool accessory
Great for neat, straight cuts in plaster, brick and block. I used one for sinking electrical sockets (in conjunction with an SDS circular cutter) and chasing cable runs. The blades seem to last well, the first blade is still cutting effectively after 8 double sockets. I followed the advice of other users in various forums - taking it easy when cutting harder materials. Fits the Bosch Multi-tool as described. Great product had to chase out walls for 35mm deep electrical back boxes did the job with ease with clean square cut outs little plaster repair required and little dust compared to using small angle grinder .
