      Sweet Blade

      This is a sweet knife. Sharpens easy and cuts where you want to go. Extremely predictable character which promotes confidence. I have the wooden handle knife which allows me a good hand hold even when it gets dirty. I clean and oil the blade after each use, and I use course steal wool to clean the handle to clean and provide the texture I like when cleaning fish. IMO opinion these knives are a solid buy.

      Best fish cutting tool

      Sturdy construction, as a fishing cleaning tool, it possess the wherewithal to accomplish rapid and precise cuts. Sturdiness allows easy cutting through fish ribcage (allowing for maximum meat retention) while its sharpness easily facilitates precise removal of the bones providing optimum filets. Flimsy filet knife now used only to remove skin leaving the greater cutting power to a tool much better suited for slicing.
