Excellent fuel pump for tough conditions on track
I have used FACET Red Top fuel pumps since 1998 and am very pleased with the results . The pump I have just bought to replace one 7 yrs old , was only required due to car being jump started but the wrong terminals being connected -- hence burnt out the existing pump . The car has been raced over those 7yrs without issue

I haven't fitted it yet but it is replacing one that has been on the car 20 years and has performed perfectly. I do intend to strip the failed one down to see why it failed once it has been removed

AFTER FITTING A MALPASSI FILTER KING ON MY TR7/V8 WANTED TO ENSURE THAT HAD A GOOD QUALITY HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP SEEMS TO WORK WELL I HAD A LEAK FROM THE OUTPUT UNION EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY TIGHT. REFITTED USING PTFE TAPE AND OK. SO WOULD RECOMMEND ON MY LIMITED EXPERIENCE TO USE SUCH TAPE PRICE SEEMS OK IF PROVES TO BE QUALITY PRODUCTS
