-Our CD's, DVD's & Games will only be marked "NEW" when they are still factory sealed.
So most of the CD's, DVD's & Games will be stated as "LIKE NEW" which means that they are opened but actually they are in new condition !
-Also our LP's & Singles will never be stated "NEW" or "MINT" unless they are factory sealed which of course rarely happens. Records will be shipped into a strong cardboard packaging in a new plastic sleeve, and vinyl will be sended separated from it's cover to prevent it from seamsplits during transit.
-For Belgian buyers, if you prefer normal shipment (3,50 euro) in stead of Taxipost, ask us.
-Buyers who buys multiple objects must make only one payment for all articles together, in that way postage will be combined. As stated in the description, you only have to pay the postage for 1 item. If postage should be calculated wrongly by ebay or paypal then you have to wait our invoice with correct postage before you go further.
-After we have received your payment this will be marked in Ebay as "Payment received" and you will get an automated message of that and it will be sended the same day or the next working day.
-Our feedback is automated, so you will receive positive feedback shortly after you have left us yours.
-When you receive your order and you should be not satisfied about it, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback.
-All objects can also be collected in our recordshop Fonorama in Zonhoven. When you will do that during the opening hours you will be able to spent some time in our shop.

-Onze CD's, DVD's & Games zijn enkel "NIEUW" omschreven wanneer deze nog in de originele fabrieksverpakking zitten.
Dus de meeste van de CD's, DVD's & Games zullen worden aangeduid met "VRIJWEL NIEUW" wat betekent dat ze geopend geweest zijn maar voor de rest dus in nieuwe staat zijn !
-Ook onze LP's en Singles zullen nooit vermeld staan als "NIEUW" of "MINT" tenzij ze nog in de originele fabrieksverpakking zitten wat uiteraard zelden het geval is. Platen worden verzonden in een stevige kartonnen verpakking en in een nieuwe plastiek hoes, uit de kartonnen hoes om beschadigingen aan de buitenhoes tijdens het verzenden te vermijden.
-Voor Belgische kopers, wenst u normale verzending (3,50 euro) ipv Taxipost, vraag ernaar.
-Kopers die meerdere objecten kopen moeten slechts één betaling doen voor alle artikelen samen, op die wijze zullen de verzendkosten worden gecombineerd. Zoals vermeld in de beschrijving, moet je de verzendkosten slechts éénmaal betalen. Als de verzendkosten door Ebay of Paypal verkeerd zouden worden berekend, dan wacht je best tot je van ons per mail de betalingsgegevens krijgt met de juiste verzendkosten vooraleer je verder gaat.
-Nadat wij je betaling ontvangen hebben wordt dit gemarkeerd in Ebay als "Betaling ontvangen" en je zal hiervan automatisch een bericht krijgen en het zal diezelfde dag of de volgende werkdag verstuurd worden.
-Onze feedback is geautomatiseerd, zodat u een positieve feedback ontvangt kort nadat u ons die heeft gegeven.
-Wanneer u uw bestelling ontvangt en u niet helemaal tevreden zou zijn, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen voordat u negatieve of neutrale feedback geeft.
-Alle objecten kunnen ook worden afgehaald in onze winkel Fonorama in Zonhoven. Wanneer u dat zou doen tijdens de openingsuren kan u rustig de tijd nemen om een kijkje te nemen in onze winkel.

-Nos CD’s, DVD’s & Jeux seront seulement indiqué "NEUF" lorsqu'elles sont encore sous cello. Donc la plupart des CD’s, DVD’s & Jeux sont indiqué "COMME NEUF" ce qui signifie qu'ils sont ouverts, mais ils sont à l'état neuf !
-Aussi nos LP’s & Singles seront jamais marqué "NEUF" ou "MINT" sauf s'ils sont encore sous cello ce qui bien sûr n'arrive rarement. Les disques seront expédiés dans un emballage en carton solide et dans une pochette plastique nouvelle et le vinyl sera envoyée séparé de sa couverture.
-Pour acheteurs en Belgique, si vous préfériez envoi normal (3,50 euro) au lieu de Taxipost, demande à nous.
-Acheteurs qui achète plusieurs objets doivent faire une seul paiement pour tous les articles ensemble, à cette façon les frais d’envoi seront combinée. Comme indiqué dans la description, il suffit de payer les frais de port seulement pour 1 article . Si l'affranchissement doit être calculée à tort par ebay ou paypal vous devrez attendre notre facture avec l'affranchissement correct avant d'aller plus loin.
-Après que nous avons reçu votre paiement ce sera marqué dans Ebay comme « Paiement reçu » et vous obtiendrez un message automatisé de cela et elle sera envoyée le jour même ou le jour ouvrable suivant.
-Notre système de feedback est automatisée, donc vous recevrez des commentaires positifs, peu de temps après nous avons reçu le vôtre.
