Protection for classic cars and bikes
All modern petrol now has at least 5% ethanol content (ethanol is a form of alcohol). Modern cars are designed to run on this but older vehicles were designed for 100% petrol and can be damaged by the highly corrosive ethanol. I have found this product to be excellent protection from the ravages of ethanol. I have several classic cars and they all run perfectly well on modern fuel with Ethomix added (even if you have had your engine converted to run on lead free fuel you will still need to protect from ethanol which can strip the lining from the fuel tank, perish the rubber in fuel lines and eat away at carburettor components).All modern petrol now has at least 5% ethanol content (ethanol is a form of alcohol). Solution to dreaded E5 (5% ethanol) fuel.
With more and more petrol stations showing E5 (5% ethanol) in even the top petrols this stuff is a great solution to keeping classic vehicles healthy and not have their rubber pipes and seals softened and also stops fuel tanks rotting out and carbs gumming up.

Good additive.
Seems to do the job. I had problems before I used this stuff with the float on my carburettor being ruined and sinking because of ethanol in the petrol. It was replaced under warranty by Weber and since I have been using this, no problems.

One of those products where you will only know if it works if no problems occur much later. But better than doing nothing as the ethanol issue will only get worse for older cars and motorcycles.
