Tale comunicazione deve contenere i codici dei prodotti che si intende restituire, nonché indicazioni sulle modalità di rimborso della spesa sostenuta e coordinate bancarie. I prodotti oggetti dovranno essere restituiti a cura del Consumatore, in condizioni di sostanziale integrità, al medesimo indirizzo utilizzato per la raccomandata. La restituzione dovrà avvenire entro un termine non inferiore a 10 gg lavorativi a partire dal ricevimento della merce. Ogni controversia che dovrebbe sorgere in dipendenza delle vendite, saranno considerati in sede legale, il foro previsto è quello di Brescia. *ovvero la persona fisica che acquista il prodotto per finalità non professionali e non collegate con la propria attività lavorativa.
