--Your Rights--
 
As per the Distance Selling and e-Commerce Regulations applicable to UK and EU sales, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you let us know within 14 working days, which is the cooling off period. Please let us know by using the messaging email service as soon as possible, in any event within 14 working days, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and your message should be clearly worded stating that you wish to cancel. It is your right to receive a full refund within 30 days of the notice of cancellation, your cancellation must be in writing using the messaging email service. If you cancel, you must return all the products in the order including any gifts that you receive with your order.

--Failed Deliveries & Losses--
 
Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take upto 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.
 
Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make necessary enquiries with the carrier involved, in our enquires, we may ask you to complete an electronic and or paper claim form and or any documentation requirements from the carrier.     Small and handy

    The hand warmer sits in my pocket when I play winter golf .its easy to swap the bag to the opposite pocket and both hands getting the benefit. It really does stay warm for longer than a round of golf takes (3-4 hours ) and the sachets stay warm for approximately 10 hours.

    Hand warmers

    Tried these hand warmer at a football match, opened them and put in my gloves at the start of match, bit disappointed that they seem to take about 45min to get warm, but where great when completely warmed up, and lasted for a very long time, think you need to activate them well before your hands get cold. But saying that would still recommend this item.

    Great heat and they last ages!!

    I used the hand warmers while camping in windy, cold Aviemore. I have Raynaud's but put them in my pockets during the day and they kept my hands nice and toasty all day. It was only five degrees during the night and I was struggling to sleep so I put a few hand warmers inside my clothing. I warmed up in no time and then I fell asleep really quickly and was still warm and cosy when I woke up. I'll be buying these again, definitely!!! I'm impressed!!!

    10 Hour Hand Warmers

    Obviously I've not tried this product because it is still summer however, I used these hand warmers all through last winter and once you've tried them you will never be without them. Where others are freezing cold around you there is not a better feeling than feeling warm. These are great for those who work outside or exposed to the elements for a long time. Just open the bag and pop out the hand warmers, shake them and within 5 minutes they are getting warm. You will not believe how hot they get, not too hot but I would say just right. You will also be surprised how long they stay warm, they will definitely last you all day, they are not joking when they say 10 hours. This will be the best purchase you will have made this winter.

    lovely and warm hands

    these hand warmers are really good they get very hot and stay hot for hours the only down side is you have to remember to shake the pouch up about 10mins to 15mins before you go out because it takes time to warm up but it is well worth the wait
