But, the rim isn't concentric with the hub, and spins very wobbly. It's a one-piece casting with integral spokes so wouldn't risk attempting to true it up as the spokes are very thin so high risk of cracking. This wasn't too much of a problem on the non powered kick scooter but could be an issue on dirt or pit bikes which are inevitably going to be ridden at speed.
