I found him to be promptly responsive as well as he previously went out of his way to save the day with my special situation. The ugly stuffed dog toys are reasonably priced, too cute and as described. They would be suitable for a medium sized dog however I found a little too firm for my small dog to get his mouth around the toy to get it to squeak. Although I could return, three adoptable dogs are going to be crazy about them.
