    Excellent experience, these are probably the best large bookseller warehouse on eBay , their customer service is personal and responsive and they endeavour to make sure the buyers experience is a good one . Despatched promptly, and this time it was a paperback so it was ok in a polythene envelope. If you are purchasing a heavy hardback , I suggest contacting them in advance, and hopefully they will have implemented robust cardboard packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in the post.

    Excellent anatomy book

    My brother has a copy of this, so I knew it is an excellent book for understanding how each exercise works what muscles. You don't have to be aiming for the body- builder physique shown in most of the drawings to benefit from a better understanding of how muscles and muscle groups are made up. Shows exercises with both free weights and on machines. Anatomy drawings of both men and women.
