    AMAZING!!!!!!!!

    I love this item the quality is so good the plastic is solid the metal springs are superb quality if I was to give this a rate out of 10 I would give a 9 for the fact that this item is so cheap I have reccomended to my friend who is a qualified gym instructor and bodybuilder he loves them and has already seen results in weeks I have also my forearm and my wrists are super strong now I can lift much heavier weights without the worry of my wrist giving way my mother also uses these to help her pulled joint tin her wrist and within 2 weeks she was already back moving stuff around feeling better don't hesitate to buy trust this review from an experienced buyer and seller thanks ash

    Poorly built. The rubber part irritates your fingers and gives you blisters. The screw that adjust the weight broke after sometimes of use. Not satisfied

    Well made and good design

    Came quick and good quality build for the price. I've had no problems with the build. I would buys these again if i needed them. There great to leave on a desk and use when you reading or watching tv and if need be a good exercise for your waist.

    Good for training forearm & hand grip

    Seen many on eBay,but these are more unique as you get 2 for the price of one. It's good to train your weak hand and strengthening it. It's a good exercise method to do training with. injured my hand & this was a really good exercise to do.

    These arrived today and overall I'm impressed by the value and quality. The grip however leaves a lot to be desired - make sure you are wearing gloves when using for more than a few minutes.
