When the seller owns up to the error and rectifies it, that s an indication of a seller who wants to please the customer. There was a problem with my order. I brought it to his attention and he quickly took care of it and followed up with me to let me know a replacement was on the way. We stand behind every single one of our products! So sorry that the three follow up pieces were scratched. All of our acrylic comes with masking so I can only imagine that the pieces were jostled during transit & this caused small scratches on the backing. We would have loved being able to have the opportunity to fix the issue prior to receiving a neutral feedback, But of course we will get three new disks on their way!

- e***c (41)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseUpdate on this order as requested by the seller: I followed up with the seller again after not receiving the order he had said he sent to me to fix the order and he indicated it must have got lost in the mail. He re-sent me the order but this time when I received it it was the wrong order. At that point tI asked the seller for a refund which he promptly gave. We are very proud of our excellent customer service and stand by our quick response to the mistakes that we made in both quickly replacing the order as well as the speedy credit to account. However, still receiving a negative review after responding quickly and kindly with excellent customer service is a disappointment. Hope to do better next time!
