The message that comes across is:- 'Be Kind To Your-Self' and when you have had upsets in your life and find it very difficult to 'Move On', say to your-self:- 'Enough Is Enough'. Though I have not finished reading this book, it has helped Me get through a particularly painful experience in My life and I would throughly recommend it to any-one else. A 'Must Have' read.This is an excellent book and is particularly beneficial for people who are struggling with emotional problems. Such good tips & advice!! It's already making me feel so powerful & motivated to change my thought process! For less than £3 that was such a bargain as well.. I wish I had read this sooner!
