Good quality, good price.
I had been looking for something to make the servicing of the family's inline, quad skates and scoters easier. Especially my daughters two pairs of Off Ice Skates, which are a little more labour intensive than regular inline or quad skates. Whilst there a numerous options for bearing presses, most of these from US sellers. The problem was finding one that will cope with wheels up to 80mm. This will actually work with wheels up to 82mm (I have yet to see a set of 82mm wheels). Well constructed the press comes with screws to mount to a work bench and two different press splines and two bearing removal hooks. So press works on all of the skate wheels and the removal hook, on everything but my Mission hockey skates (will be the same for Bauer Hockey Skates). This is due to the type if ... This is due to the type if spacer Mission and Bauer use for their frames/chassis. It will press the bearing on the Mission and Bauer, just not remove them. So far I have not gotten round to fitting to my work bench, mainly because the garage is cold this time of year, so I service the skates in our headed utility room. The press works fine without the need to be fitted to a bench. Well it does for me.

Finally help with bearing installation
I finally broke down and bought a bearing press . The new wheels now days are smaller and made of harder urethane . It's harder to install bearings in them because of the size . It takes more leverage to push the bearings in due to limited surface area of the smaller size . This press is capable of installing both bearings at once with little effort . It beats the old school method of using the trucks and pushing the wheels against each other . Great construction and very nicely priced with fast free shipping . Grab one today and changing wheel and bearing combinations will be a joy instead of a chore .I finally broke down and bought a bearing press . Fits most applications
Overall great product. Wider, vintage wheels do not fit press. However, you can overcome the issue by manually setting bearings, with the press stem, in the same fashion as using your trucks.
