Bought shoes 5/16, messaged seller 5/20 since they had not shipped yet, only to be told the shoes had a "defect" and my order was subsequently cancelled. The listing was for brand new shoes and the pictures didn't show a defect. Seller marked cancellation as "customer requested" when they had offered to check with the distributor for another pair, but they didn't. I asked what the defect was, still willing to buy the shoes, no response. Do not buy from this seller.

Should have been discovered long before that. Seems like seller has done this a number of times. Disappointing to say the least.
