Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Service, City Link or Interlink courier. The type of service we use depends on the value & weight of goods being delivered.

Delivery time is generally: 90% of items ordered are sent out next day but some may take 2-3 days to leave us.

If a parcel is lost in transit we allow at least 15 working days before re-sending any item in UK. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the Royal Mail Delivery Service or couriers but will provide you with details to track your parcel if they are available.

We will re-send an item lost by Royal Mail after we receive confirmation from you in writing that it was not received, this will be after the 15 working day period has passed in the UK and 60 days for overseas.

We will send you a form to complete and sign for non-arrival of goods before the order can be resent or refunded. This will be after 15 working days of non-arrival.

All deliveries by courier require a signature upon delivery. If in the event that no one is home a card will be left. The courier will try again the next day unless you call them to rearrange another day or arrange a collection. After 5 days the parcel will be returned to us. In such an instance we may charge you for the return back to us which will be the shipping cost paid and a redelivery would need to be arranged and paid for. Please check all deliveries on receiving them for breakages. All breakages must be reported to us within 24 hours.

If a parcel is visibly damaged please check its contents before signing for it.

Please provide an address where someone is at for delivery.

The picture of the stopper shown is the very old version and the ones supplied are a newer and much better design similar to the new stronger stoppers that are supplied with a Fashy water bottle. Great stopper replacement
Took a guess it would replace broken existing hot water bottle stopper, and it does, plus a spare so l can carry on using existing hot water bottle.

Top bottle - weaker stopper.
Obviously the stopper is a must!! But my only gripe is its not very strong and easily damaged when closing/opening. I have damaged more stoppers and just left with bottles so the my recommendation is to provide an extra - free stopper with every bottle purchase and also sell 4 stopper packs instead of 2 for same cost given they are a bit on delicate side. Otherwise Fashy my fave water bottle without any unpleasant odour.Obviously the stopper is a must!! But my only gripe is its not very strong and easily damaged when closing/opening. I have damaged more stoppers and just left with bottles so the my recommendation is to provide an extra - free stopper with every bottle purchase and also sell 4 stopper packs instead of 2 for same cost given they are a bit on delicate side.
