In particolare la restituzione da parte del Cliente è soggetta ai requisiti di seguito riportati: La confezione e il prodotto NON devono risultare manomessi; Il numero seriale scritto sulla confezione deve necessariamente corrispondere a quello riportato sul prodotto in essa contenuto e sui sistemi informativi di Pneucar che hanno registrato la proposta del Cliente; Il prodotto non deve presentare graffi o manomissioni o alcun difetto estetico; Il prodotto acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria, quali manuali, ecc...); va evitata in tutti i casi l'apposizione di etichette o nastri adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto; Il prodotto non deve risultare usato. La spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel magazzino Pneucar, è sotto la completa responsabilità del Cliente. Pneucar non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti, furto o smarrimento di prodotti restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate. Al suo arrivo in magazzino, il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali ammanchi, danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto. Qualora la confezione e/o l'imballo originale risultino rovinati o si evidenzi un ammanco o un danno non derivante dal trasporto, Pneucar si riserva di addebitare al Cliente un contributo, a titolo di rimborso, di importo pari alle spese sostenute per i costi di ripristino.
