Spoke to their team of staff, they were very professional unsure what the problem was with the first so sent me a second. I contacted T&M as the plant wasn’t the quality I have previously received from them. They were brilliant at investigating my concerns and communication was spot on. The plant was replaced with a healthy vigorous plant that looks great and has already recovered from the transport. One of them though arrived with a broken stem and it looks like it was because it wasn’t straight and got bent after being put in the protective tray. I contacted Thompson & Morgan and after a day I got a response giving the options to either have a replacement or a refund.
