We worked together in an attempt to locate the items but the post office came up with nothing.. They have a procedure to get some money but not concerned about the missing parts. I really needed the parts but it was apparent the parts were lost..Seller was very understanding and issued me a full refund. That was very grecious of them. I couldnt ask for more..
